North Rock Creek wins October 2019 FTC Donation

On Friday, November 22nd, Domino C-Stores presented North Rock Creek High School with a donation of $7,286.  This is the company’s second donation for the second year of their Fueling the Classroom Program, an ongoing program to benefit all communities within the Domino C-Stores service area.  The donation to North Rock Creek High School is the largest donation since the start of the program and the second donation in the Shawnee area.

“Thank you to Domino C-Stores for this awesome program.  This donation is a blessing to our program as we start a new high school marching band at North Rock Creek,” said Randy Goodnight, the teacher that nominated North Rock Creek for Fueling the Classroom. “We are excited to be getting more equipment to help with our new program.”

“It’s such a blessing to be able to give back to the local schools with the help of our communities,” added Jennifer Brannon, manager at Domino #127 in Shawnee.  “I’m so excited to see how the school’s new band program will grow thanks to this donation!”

As part of Fueling the Classroom, Domino C-Stores is donating two cents per gallon of fuel purchased with Domino Rewards or Shell Fuel Rewards every day.  Domino has donated over $53,000 to local schools since the start of the program in October 2018.

A new school will be selected to receive a donation each month.  Schools can be nominated on the company’s website at dominocstores.com/fuelingclass.  Voting then takes place on social media.

You can now vote on the recipient of the November donation on the Domino C-Stores Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
