We are very excited to announce that we have partnered with In Our Backyard’s Convenience Stores Against Trafficking Program to help prevent human trafficking. With this partnership, we join a growing network of stores across the country.
Each of our stores will now have Freedom Stickers in every bathroom that list the trafficking hotline. Bathrooms are one of the few places victims are alone and able to safely call or text the hotline for help.
As part of the program, all of our employees will also be trained to recognize the signs of human trafficking and the appropriate steps to take when they notice these signs to get the victims the help they need.
Our involvement with this program is just one more way we are Convenience That Cares!
