– On Thursday, March 14th, Domino C-Stores presented Blanchard Elementary with a donation of $4,632. This is the company’s fifth donation for their Fueling the Classroom Program, an ongoing program to benefit all communities within the Domino C-Stores service area.
“I would like to thank all the Blanchard Elementary patrons for showing so much support for our school,” said the school’s principal Shirley Myers. “We certainly appreciate what this program can mean for our students.”
Blanchard Elementary plans to use the funds for facility updates that will benefit all of their students.
As part of Fueling the Classroom, Domino C-Stores is donating one penny per gallon of fuel sold at all Domino locations all day every Wednesday. Domino has donated nearly $25,000 to local schools since the start of the program in October 2018.
A new school will be selected to receive a donation each month. Schools can be nominated on the company’s website at dominocstores.com/fuelingclass. Voting then takes place on social media.
